Training times will vary depending on the age group and team. The following schedule outlines where and when each group will be training for the 2019/2020 season. We utilise a combination of spaces at Discovery College including the outdoor courts and the Indoor gym (Level 2).

Juniors Training is overseen by our Coach, Mim Thondan, who is supported by Mel Potgieter.
We try to split training between skills drills, fitness and game time and is mixed up to keep training interesting and fun.
For Division 1 & 2 Ladies players, 80% minimum attendance rate at training is expected.
